A few induction burners and a lot of nerve

Rooster & the Till opened in Seminole Heights in 2013 as a 37-seat restaurant cooking on a few induction burners. Today it's a 72-seat, award-winning restaurant with an always evolving menu and wine list for adventurous diners who want to be challenged by new flavors.

Rooster is co-owned by Chef Ferrell Alvarez, a 2017 James Beard Foundation semifinalist for Best Chef: South, and his longtime business partner and friend Chon Nguyen.

We love greeting new guests, and we keep our regulars on their toes with the Guest Chef Series, pop-ups, and a tasting menu that keeps changing.
